Teen October Half Term Workshop

Looking for a fun and creative half-term activity for children in London? Our teen sewing workshop is the perfect way for children to learn a new skill, make new friends, and spend the day creating something they’ll be proud of.

Children will be guided step by step—from threading a needle to completing their own project—in a supportive, small-group setting. These workshops are beginner-friendly, but also suitable for children with some sewing experience.

Who can join

Children aged 12 years and over.

What we’ll make

On the day, children can choose from a variety of projects, such as:

• Quilted bags
• Cushions
• Skirts
• Shorts

Each child will take home a finished piece they can use and enjoy.

What to bring

• A packed lunch
• A water bottle

What we provide

Everything else! We supply sewing machines, fabrics, thread, right- and left-handed scissors, and all materials needed. If your child has a fabric they’d love to use, they’re welcome to bring it along.
