  • Guiding students through projects using provided lesson plans
  • Helping learners feel confident using sewing machines
  • Creating a calm, welcoming, and supportive learning environment
  • Setting up and tidying the studio before and after sessions

What we’re looking for

  • Solid sewing experience (garment making, home sewing, or similar)
  • Confidence using a domestic sewing machine
  • Some experience teaching or supporting learners (sewing or another subject)
  • Friendly, patient, and approachable
  • Reliable and comfortable working with adults (and occasionally young people)
  • Happy to follow set lesson plans and studio processes

Why work with us
