Fabric Swap & Social- 9th May

Join us at On A Sew for a relaxed afternoon of fabric swapping, sewing chat, and community. Whether you’re clearing out fabrics you no longer use or hoping to find something new for your next project, this is a lovely way to refresh your fabric stash while meeting other people who love to sew.

Time: 14:00 – 17:00
Location: On A Sew, 290 Brixton Hill, SW2 1HT
Cost: £12 (includes drinks and snacks)

How it works

Bring fabric
Everyone must bring at least one piece of fabric, but there’s no upper limit — bring as much as you like.

Display
When you arrive, place your fabrics on the communal table so everyone can see what’s available.

Swap time
At 16:00 the swap begins and everyone can choose fabrics from the table to take home.

Refreshments
Tea, coffee, soft drinks and nibbles will be available throughout the afternoon.

What to bring
Please bring your fabric marked with measurements. 

This is a relaxed, social event for anyone who enjoys sewing and working with fabric. Come along, share what you have, discover something new, and spend the afternoon with other makers.
